5.2 Sellers must process and confirm orders promptly through the platform to ensure timely shipment.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1 Returns and refunds adhere to JD.com’s established policies. Products eligible for return or exchange include items that are defective or inaccurately described.

6.2 Sellers agree to promptly handle customer inquiries regarding returns and refunds in alignment with these policies.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All content and intellectual property available on JD Dropshipping are owned by JD Dropshipping, JD.com, or their licensors. Users have no rights to copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 JD Dropshipping shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Services, transactions with JD.com, or related platform interactions.
